Upon completion of materials selection, the client is given a fixed price. All materials are ordered before construction begins. |
A pre-construction meeting with the client walks them through the construction process, and during construction, the project manager is in touch daily. |
Upon project completion, Hatchett conducts a thorough cleaning and walkthough. The job is not finished until the client says so. |
